The caveat: DIGI 001 requires an older version of ProTools (v. 6.0 to 6.1); newer versions of ProTools (6.4 and beyond) do not support the DIGI 001, a fact my good friend found out the hard way. So, if you get one, make sure the software is with it, and anticipate backtracking to Jaguar or Panther, this last part depending on how much old updates you can sweet-talk out of DigiDesign :-) Tiger requires ProTools 6.9.2 (or 6.8.2 for M-Powered hardware) which alas has long out-paced the DIGI 001
Oh, and the 001 is PCI card *plus* I/O interface plus a short DIGI-Snake cable, so don't get caught with an incomplete set.
