More than likely the Zip drive was attached to an additional bracket to attach it in a PC 5 1/4 " bay.

Zip drives are 3 1/2" devices and fit that form factor, so any IDE zip drive should fit in that slot.

You couldn't possibly get a picture of it, could you? This would be worth several thousand back and forth e-mails.
