I went on and installed the 10.5.6 update. Tried to Repair Permissions (I know it doesn't really do anything), and got a kernal panic.
Trying to access my system logs gave me a kernal panic. I've restarted several times and am running Xbench ok ... attempting to setup Mail ... Wondering if I should give up on 10.5 on a PowerPC (QS Dual 1GHz), sell it, and go back to Tiger. Suggestions from PPC users RE: 10.5?
