The 'flash' files served up by Youtube and the like are .mp4 and .flv files; only the embedded player is dependent on Flash 10. Once downloaded by Cosmopod, the resulting files can be played by Quicktime Player Along with that indispensable plug-in Perian (why Apple just doesn't include Perian as a standard part of QT I'll never know...it's all open source.)
