Currently I can start up with nothing attached via the card ports -only the
main ports - but then their is no power to the ports after start-up.  If
connected then the system hangs near the end of start up.

Tried pressing the PMU reset (once) - but has not changed anything.

Contacted vendor and they were less than helpful - any other ideas -

Noticed card spec is 5 volts and wondering if G4 Pci is only 3.5V _ yes no??
Seem to recall something like this -
