There you go giving me helpful advice (thank you!) when it's been a few weeks since I tried this. However, IIRC, my DNS server (provided by my router) assigned the IP address. I was able to log into the router and find the printer in the list of IP assignments, I think. Which implies that ethernet is working at some level. > Is the IP address in your local address space?
