They're expensive that way, but as Michael said, you can get 'em at Batteries 
Plus if there's one nearby

We've found, in general APC UPS'es will last through two , sometimes three 
battery packs before something else dies and they need replacing; this is based 
on a bunch of 'em sitting in phone closets, which are not the best places. 
These are their better grade SmartUPS and such, not the consumer Back-UPS units.
