No, I didn't expect anything. I just noticed quite a difference between working on Panther/Tiger and then working on Leopard. But additional features on Leopard seem like a reasonable explanation. Just not a satisfying one, but all I have right now. The fans stayed at low rpm all the time while I used Panther. I was doing the same stuff I now did on Leopard: installing applications. Thanks.
