Since this card has only one port it's absolutely a PC card. If it

That is correct. I bought a bunch off a company that was modifying
headless xServes to run headless in navy submarines. Genuine Apple
PCI Radeon 7000 with VGA only.
Sold a bunch on the swap list and eBay.
