Hi, Dave. You got the Klingons and Romulans backwards. Romulans are at 045, and Klingons are at 090. So if you laid in a heading of 045 you would be on a course for Romulan space. Of course, that all depends on your point of origen, but generally speaking it will take you to that sector of space.
