Hi Davy, You will get no argument from me on that. Eclipse by and large is one of the best IDES out there for C++ or Java on any platform. There are times though where binary compatibility requires Visual C++ so having it is necessary for certain projects. Otherwise Eclipse with MinGW all the way.
