Hi Claudio, While I really enjoy open source software myself I am also a realist. Fact of the matter is there are some very good reasons why they wouldn't want to make AGM open source or turn it over to another developer. The minute they release it as open source or turn it over to a new developer they lose all copyrights to the source code, ideas, and an anything else associated with the product. As a software developer myself I work hard at what I do, and I personally wouldn't like someone I don't really know mettling with the source code. We programmers have our own ways of doing things, and it can get very annoying to see someone else write a piece of code totally different from how you would have done it. Also if I work many many hours on a product I would be upset if someone took my source code, made a couple changes, and suddenly marketed it under his/her name.
