GIve discworld mud a shot.
UYnfortunately, there are no race selections, however, the classes are
extensive. You can be a warrior, wizard, priest, thief, and assassin. For
all you female peoples there are witches too. Farthermore, your guilds will
split off. Thieves for example, are subclassed into cutpurses, muggers,
safecrackers, smugglers, and prawlers. There is an extensive amount of
quests, ranging from easy to verry difficult. This mud has spells with a
component consumtion system (PFG, for example, consumes an eye). There are,
indeed, summons (Dust devils, shields, floaters, skeleton warriors, and
others I haven't experienced yet). DIscworld's skilltree is a bit
confusing, and I mean, litterally skill tree. You've got the basic skills
(fighting, magic, covert, and other and crafts). Under those skills
(fighting, for example, you have melee, ranged, thrown, defence, points).
The skills even divide farther (fighting.melee.sword, or
magic.methods.mental.channeling), for example.

Subject: [Audyssey] The Golden Mud Search
Hey Everybody,
Now that I've got my full version of VIP, I'm looking for an excellent mud
to take up my time. Things I like are extensive race and class selection,
many quests and more than 50 players at a time. Also, I'm looking for a
game with excellent crafting and enchanting. I do play Avalon, Aardwolf,
Carrion Fields and Miriani. Can someone add to my list with something I
may have missed?
Oh yeah, and I'm using the Mud Connector, too. I'm just trying to cover
all my bases by posting something here.
Thanks, everyone.

Subject: [Audyssey] a script game
HI
Is it possible to create a game script in jaws?
Can scripting be used to make games?
Jaws has a very useful function called message box.
This message box can have a yes and a no button or yes, no and cancel
buttons
And then by using if statements you can cause something to happen if the
user presses a button on this message box.
What I had in mind is a type of psychology game where a psychologist
asks
you certain questions and depending on whether you choose no or yes he
will
ask you another question.
Another function which I also wondered if it can be used to make a game
is
the dlg select item in list function.
I can create a basic script with it but I don't have the skill to make a
game out of it.
It would be fun if I can create game scripts.
Has any one tried it?
