I agree there. I have it on this hp laptop and nothings wrong with it - I
mean, its not as bad as the SiS soundcard I have on an old computer of mine,
and it does pretty decently at sound and stuff. Sterio mix is a problem for
me because I can't turn the volume of that down, 0 percent and 100 percent
have no difference, besides distortion.

Got you. I'm no expert on the Realtech sound cards. Though, I'm puzzled
as to why you are getting some crackle on those games. They don't
crackle here, and one of my computers has an l-chepo AC-97 based sound
card in it.
