Hal 9 luss comes with Scansoft daniel, however the response time is down,
and the voice is also tied to the program so cannot be used with sapi
applications which is a pest.
I actually had to get daniel from nextup in order to use him with Sapi.

Weird, I no longer see any of the Neo Speech voices on the Next Up site.
Neo Speech Kate and Paul did seem to be less responsive for me. They are a
much smaller install than the AT&T voices and they seem to take longer to
