Someone just gave me a momo steering wheel but was wondering, does this supposed to have a charger with it? If not, what will be the draw backs or will it work at all without it? I hooked it up to the computer but when I stepped on the gas pedal it did not work at all. Was I doing something wrong if a charger is not required?
