You need to have got extra fuel tickits to use the fuel depo, ---- which you
can get either from winning competitions or the dayly draw or bought from
the Ce store.
Also, a premium account will give you an extra two units of fuel per 15
minutes on top of what your engine puts out.
Beware the grue!
