hi, In a manner of speaking. Advanced Setup Installer has a GUI to build setup files by dragging and dropping files in the IDE, dialogs to create icons, dialogs to configure installation settings, etc. No scripting required. So if you consider that a wizard yes. However, it is just another tool similar to the rest of the Visual Studio tools with a lot of dragging and dropping, point and click setup, etc.
