This game is a space battle. Players compete with each other for
ownership of worlds and their resources which they use to build ships and
fleets. It's a fairly straightforward (if complex) strategy game, along
the same lines as Risk or similar board games, but it is played over
several days or weeks on the internet.
The game requires skill with diplomacy and negotiation, and/or with battle
tactics and maneuvering, but has very little to do with philosophy. And
I'm not sure what RS refers to.
