well if you think nvda has all the features of all the comercial readers then you are gona be rather dissapointed. Compaired to comercial readers its a bunch of crap, no vertual cursers, and not necessarily good flash or image link detection.
But on the other side it has good web navigation compared to jaws.
I has never crashed on websites at all, at least not the stable versions.
Except for a few apps its quite stable and its  python powered.
Its also fast, and can run with about anything you care to shove it at.
Its also is portable and small.
Concider nvda an advanced narater clone.
It works for general basic work in fact I use it on a win7 system where I don't need advanced software quite well.
