Any of the email judges are completely suitable for play by a blind or
visually impaired person. The only major stumbling block is gaining
knowledge of the map, though there is actually a command that will email you
a list of the provinces and sea areas with all the legal moves for each one.
Study of this list, plus a good knowledge of basic European geography will
put you on a fine footing.
To begin your research, check out the Diplomatic Pouch, which you can find
on Google.
I have not been playing Diplomacy of late because of the time it takes, time
I'm having to spend on other things at the moment, but if there is a surge
of interest, I would be willing to get people going and set up a game.
