well I thought about it but immediately dismissed it.
The issue with copywrite has hit the what is now mota, and could have
hit some of the trek games and some of jim kitchens games if they
were not all free.
Even so, There is an harry potter based game that of sara as an
offshoot that seems to have escaped these but is probably because its
not directly related to things.

rights for the Lord of the Rings triligy in the first place. About the
only game I can think of that comes close is the open source game,
Angband, which is based loosely on the Samerilian. Even then, we are
talking about an absolutely free open source project that skirts the
copyright issues by being free and open source. Were it based on the
LOTR books/movies with all the main characters the Tolkien family
might take a decidedly different view of the game.
