Hi Charles, Yeah, that is a personal preference thing. I remember originally when I designed MOTA I used Real Speak Caren because I love her voice and Australian accent. However, you and a couple of others requested a strict American female which I did. Although, I like Heather I still think Caren sounds better, and its just a case of preference.
I can't remember which word it was but you e-mailed me and asked me what Caren said. Wasn't it something like dart and you thought she said dot? I think I've listened to that voice so much I have grown accustom to the accented words, gotten use to hearing shedule instead of schedule, etc that would throw the average American off. Cheers!
