Hi Charles, I have to agree with that. Tom is definitely one of my favorite SAPI voices. Its just too bad Nuance decided to get all proprietary with their license and won't sell a SAPI version without charging an arm or a leg for it. To make it worse attempting to install the SAPI version that came with Jaws 9 on a new PC will fail.
