No. Fuzzy logic is a special technique used by computer scientists for
artificial intelligence. Its far more complicated than simply converting
strings to the same case and then comparing them. Most languages I know
of have string comparing functions such as the ones you mentioned, and
it doesn't use fuzzy logic to do. :D

lower case or upper case. Of course there would still be the spelling
and phrasing of the question. Would comparing strings to see if they
