No, annoyingly the nightjar isn't available outside the Uk, and I agree
this is bloody stupid. However, that doesn't mean you can't get a copy. If
you go to the nightjar page on applevis, the developer himself gives
instructions on how to create a temporary Uk account so that you can
download the game. i agree this isn't the best solution, but it does at
least mean people outside the Uk get a chance to play it.
Why in hell it isn't available world wide I don't know, probably something
to do with them having a very famous bbc actor doing the audio and silly
copywrites, but either way at least there is a workaround and once you've
downloaded it it should be fine.

Myself, I'm just glad the game is available, I've wanted to play it ever
since I got my iPhone and was a little bit narked that it wasn't
available particularly after playing the nightjar.
i remember all the fuss about this game when it first came out, so I
