No, annoyingly the nightjar isn't available outside the Uk, and I agree this is bloody stupid. However, that doesn't mean you can't get a copy. If you go to the nightjar page on applevis, the developer himself gives instructions on how to create a temporary Uk account so that you can download the game. i agree this isn't the best solution, but it does at least mean people outside the Uk get a chance to play it.
