you as a citizen do not have the right to punitive damages, so even if your
case has legitimate grounds, litigation can and will kill you..

Do you know what technology that Indianapolis Power and Light uses for
their waste to energy plant? From what I can tell it is very successful, but
I'm far enough away that I don't have all the info..
Indiana is probably a leading state for wining and dining of the
government executives for influence.
Our judicial disciplinary bodies have completely stopped holding judges
and lawyers accountable. Outright (judge and attorney) fraud and criminal
activity are no longer investigated (98 of 100 disciplinary complaints are
dismissed without investigation). This leads to an "anything goes" mentality
where bribery and outright fraud are common in the courts and almost completely
unrestrained in business. When courts can't be trusted (they sell rulings),
where does that leave the honest citizens and businesses? (answer- with the
bill.)
In Indiana (and apparently elseware), the thieves are winning.
Please move the hacker tabloid to Indiana to expose what our media (and
government with duty of office) refuses to investigate!
