Dear TOM

The report clearly shows how GTZ, having vast world word over
network is producing an technical report , which , in the name of
environmental quality , make an biomass decentralised one as unreliable ,
as if unconfiavel , as if not flexible. As tom correctly pointed out can be
true five year before , when the small gas engine price was too high,
sevral harware cyclone filters are not readily avilable .

The report is incomplete , partial , not gone deep into viability
analysis, economic apportunity forot taking into developments, n
account other coproduct from the projects
After carfuly reading the report , I was disapointed about the quality
of the report at the end as you have remarked at the final , with facts
and conclusions that appropriate solution do exists readily .If GTZ
need to have good energiy experts, but seem to have only environmental
impact especialist who do not know clean technolgy developments

The water is not an onus , but can be bonus as an insecticide , as
fertlizers, the and bio oil has it value , gas cleaning technology
relay can work too .we who are involved
in small scale gasification for more years have lived through the
litany of tears reported in the study , showing practical way and praction
action can be possible

The biochar is another product instead of ash alone can make this
technology more viable ,but this report , an outdated one , made by an
responsable GTZ , realy erode all pwhat we have rivate , publich and
unversity fundings, making the the place under darkness remain more time in
dark. Thus for us who seen so many stone with tears , this report results
bring nothing new , as old as 10 year , which are all well debated ,
discussed , useful innovative alternates proposed.Even after very big well
runinng small biomass eneumented is being documiented in bioenegy list ,
provineral low investment option such as GEK , an open source hard ware
compnents made avilable , the report include only comercial system and hen
