Not at all - I'm guessing it's well known among the players that he has a good track record for getting charges reduced or dismissed and he probably charges them less in exchange for the publicity of representing UF players. I don't think that is a violation of NCAA rules.

Huntley can not offer his services pro-bono as that would be an NCAA violation. My feeble inquiring mind wants to know.
