With TimeWarner's RR in Orlando,as Wes said, it seems to give you back the same address when your lease is renewed. It isn't 100% guaranteed, but as long as you don't reboot the GB you should be good.
I'm not sure how long the lease is for, but I thought it was something like 24 hours.
