With TimeWarner's RR in Orlando,as Wes said, it seems to give you back the 
same address when your lease is renewed.  It isn't 100% guaranteed, but as 
long as you don't reboot the GB you should be good.

I'm not sure how long the lease is for, but I thought it was something like 
24 hours.  If that is the case if you can begin your lease at a time when 
there isn't much traffic on the network you will have a better chance of 
getting your IP back.
