Also, vis a vis Issue 701, I wasn't able to find any Gears-related files in
either /Library or ~/Library beyond the
expected ones, namely,
/Library/Internet Plug-Ins/Gears.plugin
/Library/InputManagers/GearsEnabler
/Library/InputManagers/GearsEnabler/GearsEnabler.bundle
/Library/Receipts/Google Gears.pkg
