This is a subject that has been talked about a lot.Evryone will have there
own opinion  on mealworms.Personally I use Crickets as the main food source.
I do raise mealworms to vary the diet of the gecko. Feeding one type of
insect doesnt give the gecko a variety like they would in the wild. I use a
mixture of grains and calcium to feed my crickets. I use the same for my
mealworms.I have never had any problem feeding mealworms. I make sure the
worm isnt too big for the gecko to ingest.Some people feed only mealworms,
probably because it is much cheaper to buy compared to crickets. Now the
larger mealworm ,superworm, can be fed too. Again make sure they are well
gutloaded and they arent too large for your gecko to eat.
