Books published by TFH are notorious for their inaccuracies. Take
everything in them with a grain of salt. They are written by
professional writers that often have little or no experience with the
animals they are writing about.
In an effort to expose their shoddy editing, an impish University of
Kansas professor, when asked for help, gave Mr. Walls some info on an
imaginary variety of poison dart frog. Needless to say, the TFH book "Natures
Hidden Jewels" has an "extra" species of Dendrobates in it.
