That's all I did... reduce calcium (and vitamins) and improve diet. They
didn't go away fast, but they did go away. I don't want to give the
impression that all my animals live forever... far from it. I do still
have my first pair of Phelsuma (golddust) and some of my first klemmeri.
I think certain animals and maybe even certain species are more
susceptible to the problems associated with over supplementation (gout,
organ problems, etc.). I have lost animals for no apparent reason. I've
noticed, however, that this does not occur as often as it did when I was
over supplementing!
