Thanks everyone for their tips.  I probably should've clarified my post a 
little more.  I'm trying to cut a small square out of the center of a larger 
piece of plexiglass.  I could drill a small hole and then use a skil saw or 
a hand-held jig saw to cut it out, but I'm tring to have the door be 
completely sealed so I don't want the drilled hole to be too big.  If  there 
are any more ideas please let me know, and Lyle, watch out for that spinning 
plexiglass.  That sounds painful :).  TC
