Hi Lyle...
OK... I just looked more carefully at the original question. I would not
recommend either method I mentioned to cut a square out of a piece of plexi. I
would do what Lyle mentioned (drill an access hole), then probably use a hand
held jig saw to do the cutting. As always with plexi, be careful when drilling
it because too much pressure can shatter it. They actually sell specialized
drill bits for plexi, but I've also had good luck with normal bits if you go
slow and easy. Sorry for the confusion... that's what happen when you start
answering before you fully understand the question!
