I guess you did miss the point here ! The animal is suffering from
something,maybe as I
previously guessed from lack of calcium in the skeleton. If that is the case
here , the animal
have passed all treatment and should be put to sleep(not sleeping in the
meening of the word).
If the person that owns this particular animal preferes to put it in the
freezer or as you suggest
shot it was not the issue.
Regarding responsibility for your animales, this is the piont were one must
understand that trying
any longer just makes the animal suffer moore.Some way you have to put it
down.The way that
Dilshad suggested with a lethal injection would make the animal suffer even
moore from stress.
The organs do as you said chrystalize when freezing,but that occurs long
after the animal is uncon-
sious.The moost humane way according to some zoo vets is still the freezer.
