I'm no expert in Ca absorption or D3, but I can tell you what I know and hope

Yes, this is the situation where you should use Ca with D3. An animal that
recieves ample amounts of natural sunlight will produce D3 for metabolizing
the Ca . Indoor animals under UV lamps and spot bulbs don't get anywhere near
the amount of lux in natural sunlight. (100,000 lux in sunlight, I believe)

3)Do you know the difference between Repti Sun and
Iguana Light?
I was told that they are the exact same bulb.
4)What brand do you recommend for artificial UV-B
light? (Zoomed ReptiSun, Zoomed IguanaLight, Triton
reptile UVB, ESU Desert 7 UVB)
I use the reptisuns, and I won two iguana lights at Geckonight!
