One light, though expensive is the mercury vapor UVB lights. Active UV heat
provides a very substantial amount of UVB. They are very good for diurnal
heliothermic reptiles. I do not use them on geckos, but with a shorter
photoperiod they would be much more effective than the regular 5 to 7 %
lights. It looks like many companies will be making them available now.
Check www.kingsnake.com. I do agree that Miner-All produces great results.
