Hi Pablo,

Regarding vitamin D3, I use the brand Miner-All which comes in 2 varieties -
calcium and other minerals with vitamin D3 and calcium and other minerals
without vitamin D3.

Here is what the container says on which type to use:

"Miner-All contains vitamin D3 (Miner-All I) and supplementing with
additional vitamin D3 from another source could be harmful to your animal's
health! Animals kept outdoors and exposed to sunlight for longer than a
day, should use Miner-All 0 without vitamin D3."

Use of reptile lights isn't mentioned, evidently like Jason said, none of
them are powerful enough to alter the equation and preclude the need for
vitamin D3.
