We just had UPS return three separate shipments of geckos today. It is quite
frustrating after spending many hours getting everything supposedly set up
correctly for shipping live reptiles with them.

So far, so good! I sent out four shipments with UPS going next day air
yesterday. They have all been delivered, and much earlier than USPS
Express Mail has been able to do it, most before 10am. These were
destinations in OR, WA, UT and MD. Their tracking is also way more
informative than postal. Two of the customers have e-mailed back and
said the gex were doing well, still waiting to hear about the others.
