Sorry to hear that your geckos didn't make it to their destinations, but I am 
glad to hear that they are all right.  Can you tell me exactly what sort of 
an account you set up and what the requirements were to qualify?  Last week 
when I called UPS, the Account Rep said that there was a $7.00/week charge 
and a required amount of shipments per month to qualify for shipping live 
animals.  Is this true?
