Hi all,

A couple more points about the TSA and why I think it is relevant: It
was set up fairly recently, mainly to get confiscated animals into the
hands of dedicated hobbyists, since there is a lot of expertise in the
private sector, and zoos often don't have the space and personnel to
adequately deal with lots of unexpected animals that need specialized
care. This seems to me to be the very situation that the GGA is in now!
