I've been trying to find Droncit (Praziquantel) to treat
Cestodes, but it seems there isn't anything in town.
Does anyone know of alternative drugs for treating geckos?

First of all you sure you have Cestodes to treat? Give Co Enzyme Q10 a common vitamin from healthfood stores a try, Its harmless and has worked well for me and a few others that have tried it. You have to load it up pretty heavily in the animal and will probably have to do it several times . It is very safe if done right.
