This has the general flaw that all instance-based solutions have: if
the next project needs the same circuit at twice the speed, you have
to track down every nand-1 instance and change it to, say 74AHC00.
But if you have a project NAND symbol, you only have to fix that
symbol: you don't even need to change the schematic at all.
