I am in the very early stages of attempting to setup the development enviromment for IV on winxp. I read thru Steve's mingw.txt and following it. He mentioned that bison 1.875 was broken; I see bison 1.875b in here from cygwin install. Does anybody know if this version is acceptable for IV compile?
