The keystone pins and contacts are numbered:

I think those numbers are standardized.  See section 6.5 of the USB
spec or chapter 19 of USB Complete.

I've used that footprint with a generic "B" connector and it worked OK.

The pinout in that gif file (which is the as the Molex 67068) did not match
my footprint. I had the rows reversed. Are you sure it was my footprint you
used? Did you change the footprint?
