I was referring to a message like one of these:

where it's a separate email that doesn't get hidden as potentially another
review comment.  As you can see, it's somewhat of an informal
convention/courtesy, and I've found it useful in the past.  My offer to
update the wiki was to take this informal courtesy and make it a formal
part of the process, particularly if others have found it useful.
