I upgraded my TiVo last night from 20 hrs (20 gigs) to 118 hrs by adding an
80 gig drive, was a surprisingly painless operation. My next step is to add
TivoNet, but I have to wait until I can afford the $75 adaptor card. I've
seen some sites that'll do any repairs for $129, forget where though.
